Conditions of Sale
Festival tickets may be purchased online up to 3 days prior to the event. In the course of online booking you will be offered the option of having your tickets posted to you. We will aim to send out tickets within 7 working days of the booking/opening of booking period, whichever is the later. You may choose to collect tickets in person.
Tickets must be checked upon receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Every member of the audience must have a valid ticket.
Lake District Summer Music reserves the right to refuse admission or attendance at its discretion.
Lake District Summer Music will seek to start all performances promptly. To avoid disruption to performers and other audience members, no admission can be guaranteed to latecomers, although this will be offered wherever possible.
Your ticket(s) must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than Lake District Summer Music Box Office or one of its authorised agents. Failure to comply will make any relevant ticket(s) void.
When you purchase tickets for Lake District Summer Music International Festival online, your credit card transaction will be processed via Ticket.com’s online, secure payment system. Once your payment is processed and accepted, a booking confirmation will be emailed to your registered email address. Please print off this proof of purchase for your records.
Lake District Summer Music has a policy of trying to maximise attendance from young audiences. As a result, concessions are offered to under-18s, full-time students and job seekers. Where available, the purchasing of such concessions needs to be supported by the relevant proof of entitlement. Please bring supporting documentation with you when you collect your tickets.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is correct, some alterations to programmes, artists or course content may be necessary in exceptional circumstances, Lake District Summer Music Limited reserves the right to make changes to performances or courses without prior notification, and without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
Performances must not be recorded, photographed, filmed, or in any other way stored without the express permission of Lake District Summer Music in writing. Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience.
