The Mask Behind the Face is new cabaret taking the performers and the audience on a journey spanning Paris, Berlin, London, and two World Wars which changed the world. Composers and poets, Satie and Hypsa, Weill and Brecht, Britten and Auden highlighted the more salubrious environment of the cabaret bar. They created a new genre for a generation voracious for excitement, new sounds, rhythms and colours. The perfect tonic for a changing society.
