Poetry and music in perfect and Romantic harmony as Wendy Dawn Thompson returns to LDSM to collaborate with pianist Susie Summers once again. In this Schumann year they open their programme with the 12 songs of his Op.39 Liederkreis: cameos of love and nature, all settings of Eichendorff, one Germany’s greatest Romantic poets.
