Jan Bradley Percussion
Jan Bradley is a freelance percussionist based in Manchester. He plays for various orchestras including the Hallé, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Royal Northern Sinfonia, BBC Philharmonic, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and Manchester Camerata. He is also a composer and arranger, primarily for percussion, although he has written works for trumpet, mezzo-soprano, and a percussion concerto with orchestra. This year he was commissioned to write a new solo percussion work which featured (alongside another of his works) in the Percussion Final of the BBC Young Musician competition. With his group 4-MALITY he has previously visited the Lake District Summer Music festival in 2006, 2013 and 2015.
